- Customers are asked to wait for a confirmation e-mail from SOUTHERN HOBBIES in regards to the collection of their order. This helps us limit the waiting time and "out of stock" issues that may arise from customers trying to collect their order before it is completed. Delays may occur if this pick-up procedure is not followed.
- Once the formalities are finalised, your order will be dispatched and delivered to you normally within 2 to 3 days depending on Australia posts timeframes.
- If there is a delay in deliveries, Southern Hobbies will contact you directly within two (2) days.
